Engineering Communications Program

Engineers must focus on clarity, efficiency, and elegance in all communication tasks, whether writing reports, giving presentations, or designing graphics. Cornell Engineering helps students build these essential skills by offering communication classes, workshops, and other resources that support engineering students, faculty, and staff.

The primary goal of the Engineering Communications Program is to help undergraduate engineering students develop effective and efficient communication skills.

Our program works with departments and faculty at Cornell Engineering to offer several ways for students to meet the Engineering Communications requirement. These options help students communicate effectively in different and challenging engineering settings. For more details, please see the Engineering Communications requirement information.
