The PRO team provides efficient, friendly, and professional proposal development and support services researchers. PRO’s purpose is to reduce the administrative burden of proposal preparation so that researchers can focus on the technical or scientific components of their proposals, thereby increasing the chances of success.

Limited Submissions Funding Opportunities
Sponsors sometimes limit the number of nominations or proposals that an organization may submit to a particular funding opportunity. Limited submission opportunities undergo an internal review and selection process, managed by the Research Development team in Cornell Research & Innovation.

SPROUT Awards
Support for Promising Research Opportunities and Unconventional Teams (SPROUT) Awards support teams of investigators with demonstrated collaborative success who are pursuing novel research at the intersection of multiple fields. It is expected that this investment will result in submission of a proposal to an external agency.
