Biography
Leslie started her career at Cornell in 1999 in Student and Campus Life, and had a variety of roles in that unit including running the Faculty Program (Faculty in Residence, Faculty Fellows, etc), leading planning and assessment for the division, and interim Associate Director of Cornell United Religious Work. In 2020, she became the staff lead for the student response to COVID, helped design the student checklist, the Daily Check, the COVID testing and accountability protocols, managed student travel restrictions, and built a team to provide ongoing help and support to students throughout the pandemic. All of this led to a career shift in January 2022 to academic administration. And she has not looked back. She loves the work of running a School, and even more feels like she has finally found her work home!
