Biography
Nadia joined the College of Engineering AAD team in October 2024 as the Associate Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations where she works to create and implement the strategic vision for stewardship and donor relations in the college.
She returned to the College of Engineering after serving as a Major Gift Associate in University Major Gifts, where she worked with a team of gift officers on strategy building, stewardship, and donor cultivation. Prior to this role, Nadia worked in Big Red Athletics AAD where she planned and executed events, led sport-specific alumni associations, and managed stewardship efforts. Born and raised in Cortland, NY, Nadia returned to upstate, NY in 2013 when she accepted a position in Cornell’s Engineering Career Center as an Assistant Director. Nadia holds a Master’s from the University at Albany and a Bachelor’s from Hamilton College. She lives in McLean with her husband, Matt, and their two golden retrievers, Sully and Gus.
