Selander Center for Engineering Leadership

Leadership development is a central component of the college’s undergraduate education, graduate training, and faculty development. We develop all Cornell Engineers to meet opportunities and challenges with knowledge, experience, insight, and courage, so that when people hear "engineer," they think "leader."
