Information for ASML students
ASML Department Manager Approval is Required
- The candidate should have sufficient experience with career path towards an ASML Architect role.
- Participation will be limited if needed based on budget.
- It is expected that the M.Eng. program will typically take 5 years to complete in order to promote work/life balance and not impact ASML deliverables.
Cost
Tuition is charged on a per-credit hour basis for distance learning students.
