Office of Sponsored Programs
The Office of Sponsored Program's mission is to advance Cornell University’s capacity for research and scholarship in line with college, university, and federal priorities.The goal of Research Development is to cultivate and implement programming to support and grow externally funded research of Cornell faculty at all levels. There is a particular focus on supporting faculty’s proposal development activities that increase the competitiveness of proposals for large-scale multi-disciplinary grants, center grants, and training grants, help new faculty successfully launch their research careers, and help diversify funding streams.

Support with Proposal Development
Researchers can send proposal notifications to the Research Administration Service Center via the online Proposal Notification (preferred) or via email.: rasc@cornell.edu. Within one business day, a Pre-Award Specialist will be assigned to assist with the proposal details.
